A banker, a farmer, a marketer and a paper salesman enter a room… Uh, this is not the beginning of a joke.
Last Friday, the entire Jet Label team was whisked over to Edmonton’s Marriott Courtyard hotel to meet with a few of our biggest suppliers and customers for our first ever VIP Panel. Jet Label employees had the opportunity to ask candid questions and to discuss the Panel members’ experiences with Jet Label. It was an open, honest forum for our team.
It all started about a month ago when Darrell Friesen & Rod Froment (Jet Label co-owners) decided to take on a challenge to put their best customers and suppliers in front of every single Jet employee. After a lot of hard work and planning, the idea for our very first VIP Panel came together.
Our team was able to gather valuable tidbits about what we’re doing right and about what we need to aim for to improve our business. We learned a lot about how we interact with our customers and suppliers, what makes us unique as a company, and what we can do to ensure an absolutely seamless transaction.
The VIP Panel was a great success and we thank everyone who participated. Every bit of knowledge that we gathered from this experience was invaluable and we encourage other businesses to try their own VIP Panel!
